How it Works
Super Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of fish, borage and flax seed oils. This combination of well-known nutritional oils has a unique balance of omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids plus omega-9, non-essential, but useful fatty acids.* The omega-3s, alpha linolenic acid, EPA and DHA, and the omega-6, GLA, are necessary for the maintenance of healthy skin, normal immune system balance, and proper nervous system function.* Fish oil is a product of Peru, Morocco, Thailand, China.Suggested Usage
Take 2 softgels daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Cautions / Interactions
Omega-3s may interact with anticoagulant/antiplatelet medications (including NSAIDs, clopidogrel, and warfarin) and antihypertensives. If you are taking any of these medications, or if you are planning to have surgery, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product.
