SUGGESTED USAGE: As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap® 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

 Alpha-Lipoic Acid supplementation may interact wtih certain medications, especially anti-diabetes drugs.  If you are taking any medications or if you are at risk for thiamine deficiency or if you have a thyroid condition, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product.
 
Alpha-lipoic acid may affect the body's metabolism of certain medications, including Cisplatin and Cyclophosphamide.
